First Date Marscapone Crepes by The Chew

The Chew's Carla Hall and Daphne Oz use their culinary skills to teach Sean Lowe, from The Bachelor, a thing or two about the perfect first date dessert.

Lowe is well known for going on twenty first dates in one day on the show; however, he may not have had enough time to cook a fine meal for his lady loves. That's where the ladies of The Chew come in.

Daphne and Carla teach Sean Lowe how to make a fail-safe, first date dessert, rum raisin and mascarpone crepes. The recipe is easy to make and guaranteed to make a wonderful first impression. Click here to view.

Lazy Ways to Eat Crepes: Ideas and Suggestions for a Blissful Sunday

If you Google "Crepes" you will get a myriad of results ranging from Crepe Suzette recipes to Oreo crepe cakes.

There's so many recipes to choose from, with a medley of exotic ingredients to parse through. It can be quite difficult to narrow down which crepe recipe you want to experiment with on a lazy Sunday.

You know you want to make something delicious; however, you don't feel like driving all the way to a supermarket to buy random supplies for just one, measly, crepe.

What's a person to do?

Well, we understand how lazy Sundays work and we developed a list of ideas for you to use on your crepes. It's easy enough to make in a quick second and impressive enough for friends & family.

Enjoy!

Nutella Crepes
It's America's most popular chocolate hazelnut spread and an easy way to cook with crepes. If you want to add something unique into this crepe recipe, remember to sprinkle in sliced almonds, and chopped bananas.

Three Cheese Crepes
If you have three different kinds of cheese (or two, or even one), just pack it inside of a crepe and microwave. If you want to add protein to this dish, cook chicken pieces, coated with olive oil, on a stove for 3-5 minutes. Then add these pieces inside of your cheese crepe before you microwave. After the crepes are ready, consider adding a dollop of sour cream and salsa on top. It's very tasty and filling.

Cream Cheese Berry Medley
All you need to do is mix cream cheese an assortment of berries. Remember to add sugar or light fruit juice for taste. Spread this batter inside of your crepe and you're good to go. For this spread recipe, you can customize and add whatever you deem is delicious.

Tomato & Spinach
Add tomatoes, spinach, mozzarrella cheese, pesto, and olives. Microwave for 40 or so seconds, and you're ready to feed the family.

Peanut Butter & Jelly
It's much more than just a childhood classic. It's a great shortcut.
