Memorial Day Crepini Crepe Pizza Pie

INGREDIENTS:
6 Naked Crepini™ crepes
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup strawberry jelly

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.       Lay three crepes out on top of one another on a large plate and spread strawberry jelly over the surface. Lay the other three crepes on top.
Optional: Heat the crepes on a non-stick skillet until lightly crispy.
2.  In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an egg beater until smooth.  Spread mixture evenly over the crepes.  Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture.  Stir jelly until smooth; brush over berries.
3.  Cut into wedges. Store in refrigerator covered
